isBranch<A, C>(treeF: TreeF.TreeF<A, C>): treeF is BranchF<A, C>
True if the tree has child nodes.
Type Parameters
- A
  The underlying type of the tree. For example, in a numeric tree it would be number.
- C
  The child node type, also called the carrier type.
